Service Description
Disconnecting from work and daily life activities and all the distractions is important for our well-being. Non religious meditation that will help you let stress go and create a happier and healthier life. I am available to practice with you either in person or through an online call. It may assist you in improving your existing practice if you have experience. There's also a guided meditation you can try. Let's discuss what will work best for you. 8 weeks meditation (group session) is also available: The class size is a minimum of eight students, and every week, one day is dedicated for in-person instruction, and the other days are dedicated to practicing the techniques at home.
