Meditation Sessions

ARC + ARM 1:1
ARC + ARM helps people notice automatic phone use, reduce compulsive checking, create better boundaries with technology and replace unconscious phone habits with more intentional action. This is not treatment. It is practical mindfulness-based teaching for people who want a more conscious relationship with their phone.
Workshops can be adapted for individuals, couples, private groups, communities, companies, festivals and events.
